What does the FLOT invest in?
The FLOT ETF invests in a portfolio of investment-grade Australian dollar-denominated bonds, most with a maturity date of 1-5 years. The vast majority of the bonds are from banks, and although this ETF includes bonds from many countries, the majority are from Australia.
What do investors use FLOT for?
Investors could use the FLOT ETF to diversify and take some risk out of heavily equity-focused portfolios, or to generate a regular income from the monthly distributions paid by this ETF.
