The Vanguard VACF ETF provides exposure to corporate bonds issued by Australia’s largest banks, financial institutions, and property trusts.
What does the VACF invest in?
The VACF ETF invests in investment-grade corporate bonds issued by Australia’s largest banks, financial institutions, and property trusts, as well as some offshore lenders. The majority of the portfolio is corporate debt, although there is some exposure to government-related and securitised debt as well. All of the holdings have at least a BBB credit rating.
What do investors use VACF for?
VACF might be used by investors to diversify an equity portfolio or to generate a regular income stream from the quarterly distributions this ETF offers.
