VanEck REIT ETF (ASX:REIT)
The VanEck Vectors FTSE International Property (Hedged) ETF gives investors exposure to developed international property markets outside of Australia.
What does the REIT invest in?
The REIT ETF invests in more than 300 REITs and property companies from around the world. This ETF provides exposure to many different subsectors including Residential, Industrial, Office, Retail, Specialized and Healthcare REITs. Most of the companies are US-based, although there is also exposure to Japan, the UK, Germany, and Canada, among others.
What do investors use REIT for?
The REIT ETF may be used by investors who want to diversify their portfolio by gaining exposure to international property markets, or by those who are looking for income from regular distributions.
