The VEU ETF invests in a highly-diversified portfolio of more than 3,000 companies from markets around the world, excluding the US. This ETF focuses on large-cap companies, and provides exposure to economies such as Japan, China, the UK, Switzerland, France and Canada. The VEU ETF invests across all industries.

VEU might be used by investors who want to diverisfy away from Australian shares, but who also already hold exposure to the US market in their portfolio. This ETF may suit investors who are willing to accept the higher risks of emerging markets in the hope of higher returns.
